LTG Aktiengesellschaft is reorganising responsibilities within its technology leadership. Ralf Wagner will step down from his role as Chief Technology Officer (CTO) on 31 March 2026 and will not be renewing his contract. Mr. Wagner is thus fulfilling his wish to step down from his operational executive responsibilities after 15 years – and a total of 32 years with the company.
Focus on innovation and product strategy
In future, Mr Wagner will once again contribute his expertise directly to technical development. The Supervisory Board and Mr Wagner welcome this move as a logical progression of their existing collaboration. From 1 April 2026, he will be available to LTG AG as a contractual partner in an independent consultancy role, providing targeted impetus for research in room and process air technology.
Preserving expertise for special projects
This arrangement will enable the company to continue to draw on Wagner’s in-depth specialist knowledge for forward-looking projects in the future. At the same time, operational responsibilities will be seamlessly transferred to the company’s existing management structures. LTG’s technological foundation is based on a development history spanning over 100 years, during which expert knowledge has been systematically embedded within the organisation.
A key role in shaping global standards
This established structure ensures that LTG will continue to set technical standards for the industry in its new configuration. The company will remain represented in key industry associations and standards bodies, and will continue to help shape the technological direction of the market on an equal footing with global players.
