The design and construction of air outlets and their plenum boxes is influenced by various technical parameters.
- The required air volume defines the number and size of the air rollers that form the linear outlet.
- The total air volume and acoustic design are taken into account in the size and number of air connection spigots.
- The installation situation, in particular the structure of wall elements during wall installation, defines the external box dimensions.
- The ventilation concept defines the proportion of supply and exhaust air boxes that can be arranged within the same track.
The number of possible designs is limitless and uneconomical. That is why we have developed a modular system of diffusers that makes it possible to combine the desired technical properties according to project-specific requirements – the LTG SilentModule system.
The direct integration of silencers in air outlet boxes makes it possible to dispense with cross-talk silencers in many cases. This is particularly important if the installation space in the false ceiling is limited. The insertion loss gained is of course also effective when the noise of volume flow controllers in the near field is to be limited.
The design of the silencer adapts gradually to the requirements.
The LTG SilentModule system provides both parameterizable degrees of freedom for the optimum design of the diffusers in the project.
Products with LTG SilentModule: LWmodule.
