The tangential fans in the VQ series are fans in a robust industrial design with increased corrosion protection. They are designed with a free shaft end and feather key and are designed for a V-belt drive. The corrosion-resistant housing is made of either galvanized steel or stainless steel in a sturdy design. The impeller is made of galvanized steel.
The tangential fans in the VQ series are available in three versions:
- VQN… up to 120 °C fluid temperature
- VQH… up to 300 °C fluid temperature
- VQT… up to 500 °C fluid temperature
Versions up to 800 °C can be customized and have already been used in various applications,
z. realized in the glass industry, for example.
The VQE slide-in unit completes the range. The overhung impeller on a motor shaft significantly reduces the effort required for design, installation, operation and maintenance.
