As a technically oriented innovation company, the focus of our training is primarily in the technical and industrial areas.
We provide regular training in the following professional fields:
- Dual study program for Bachelor of Engineering (m/f/d)
- Construction mechanic (m/f/d)
- Warehouse logistics specialist (m/f/d)
Good grades are not the most important factor for a start with us, much more important is your enthusiasm for technology, your reliability and your commitment.
We have a long tradition of vocational training.
And these facts speak for us: a high percentage of our employees have completed an apprenticeship with us and have remained loyal to us for many years. Even at the top management level, there are some colleagues who started their careers at LTG. Without our trainees and students, we would probably not be what we are today.
And another plus: most trainees receive a permanent position with us after successfully completing their training.

Internship at LTG
At our headquarters in Zuffenhausen, you can gain an insight into the office and administration area or work in our research and development center. You can gain an insight into production processes at our plant in Weil der Stadt.
